Why All The "FRACKEM" in Battlestar Galactica?

Answer: The F-Bomb Now Costs $325,000 To Say On The Airwaves. The Federal Communications Commission just increased the price for saying the f-word. The President signed a bill September 2005 increasing by tenfold the maximum fine for indecency on TV or radio to $325,000 in the U.S.A. What's happening to free speech?

Does that mean I could say, "Monetized on-demand dynamic complex processes" in the right context and have it censored. Please, just don't let my phrase catch on or they will fine that word too.

What's the difference between Starbuck saying "Frackem" and 'Fuck them", if it's used in the same context?
