How To: Tutorial on Creating HDR Images

If you want to try this out. HDR imaging is all the rage these days but it can be done easily with images from even low end digital cameras and without an expensive Photoshop plugin

Here's an excellent little tutorial/resources on how to create an HDR (High Dynamic Range) image in Photoshop CS2. This requires a camera that can allow you to control exposure (bracketing), and a tripod or solid surface to work off. HDR... it's the latest trend.

Who's Connected To Your PC

First I want to give credit and respect to SubZ3r0 (a digg member) for creating this software nice GUI and keeping this app simple and stable!

Who's Connected is A Little app that gives you information about whats using your Internet connection. Works well for finding out whats using up all your bandwidth or just finding the location of a bandwidth using process. I use this tool alot and thought other people could find use for it.

Cons:
Windows has a similar tool:
Run>cmd>netstat
[user@localhost $] netstat or netstat -a -b -n -o

MAC OSX has a similar tool:
open up the terminal and type: lsof -i

Linux has a similar tool:
etherape is a cool graphical representation of bandwidth monitor [Link]

What you Need:

Faster browsing on the Internet or your Network

By doing the following steps you canbrowse on the Internet or Network faster. It uses the same tecnique as http://localhost. When you type http://localhost you will be redirected to your own ip. By adding some lines you could reach your ip by just typing http://l. Observe that some names can effect your network.

cons:
This doesn't work with name based virtual hosting which is used by many sites (try it with digg.com). Many browers have an option to add a keyword to a bookmark which will basically do the same thing (go to http://www.google.com/ when you enter "search" for example) but works with every site.

Why I Use A9.com?

The ugly ducking of the search engine doesn't have Google's raw power or Yahoo!'s portal-like extras, but Amazon's pet search engine is still one of the most powerful engines around example. The fact that toolbar users get a 1.6 % discount at Amazon.com isn't bad either. You only have to use it about once a week to get the savings.
